The Pocono Family YMCA will host the American Freedom Festival 5k Run on Thursday, July 4, 2013 at Dansbury Park.  The race will begin at 9am with registration beginning at 7:30am.  Pre-Registrations are being accepted at the YMCA.  First 100 registrants will receive a T-shirt.
